Offer Description

The tasks concerning the position will include:

 

  • conducting teaching classes during specialised training, improvement courses and qualified training, as well as first-cycle studies with a practical profile  of "State border security" in the field of:
  • •     the use of direct coercive measures and firearms in the Border Guard,

    •     conducting criminal operational analysis in cases conducted by the Border Guard,

    •    obtaining information as part of cyber intel,

    •     combating organized crime,

    •     performing operational and intel activities in the Border Guard,

    •     recognizing and detecting terrorism and other threats related,

    •     ensuring the internal security of the European Union in relation to the scope of the Border Guard's competences,

    •     application of the principles of cooperation and exchange of information with domestic, foreign and international entities in combating crime by the Border Guard.

    Skills/Qualifications

    •     ensuring the internal security of the European Union in relation to the scope of the Border Guard's competences,

    •     application of the principles of cooperation and exchange of information with domestic, foreign and international entities in combating crime by the Border Guard.


    Specific Requirements

     Requirements to be met by the candidate:

  • Master of Arts; (second – cycle higher education)
  • confidential security clearance valid for 1 year at least;
  • knowledge of legal acts regulating the following issues: the use of direct coercive measures and firearms in the Border Guard, conducting criminal analysis in the Border Guard, cyber intel, combating organized crime, performing operational and intel activities, recognizing and detecting terrorism and related threats, internal security in European Union, international cooperation of the Border Guard in combating crime;
  • having professional experience and knowledge of practical issues: the use of direct coercive measures and firearms in the Border Guard, conducting criminal operational analysis, obtaining information as part of cyber intel, combating organized crime, performing operational and intel activities in the Border Guard , recognizing and detecting terrorism and threats related to it, ensuring the internal security of the European Union in relation to the scope of the Border Guard's competences, applying the principles of cooperation and exchange of information with domestic, foreign and international entities in combating crime;
  • conducting teaching classes for a period of at least 4 years from January 1st, 2019 in the field of criminal operational analysis in cases conducted by the Border Guard, gathering information as part of OSINT, combating organized crime, performing operational and intel activities in the Border Guard, ensuring internal security of the European Union in relation to the scope of the Border Guard's competences, application of the principles of cooperation and exchange of information with domestic, foreign and international entities in combating crime;
