7. the proposed development program of the Department of Computer Science and Statistics

8. declaration that the candidate meets the requirements under Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science

9. declaration that the candidate meets the requirements specified in § 34 sec. 2 of the PUMS Statute

10. in the case of candidates born before August 1, 1972, the declaration referred to in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 18 October 2006 on the disclosure of information on documents of state security authorities from the years 1944-1990 and the content of these documents (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 430) or the information referred to in Art. 7 sec. 3a of this Acttitle of professor or the degree of habilitated doctor,

Professional qualifications required in the Act on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws of Republic Poland 2018, item 1668) and in the Statute of the Poznan University of Medical Sciences (the Resolution of Senate of PUMS No. 19/2019 of March 20th 2019).
