The Dean of the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the Medical University of Lublin announces a competition for the position of ASSISTANT IN THE RESEARCH AND TEACHING GROUP full-time in the Department of Experimental Immunology of the Department of Biomedical Sciences of the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of the Medical University of Lublin.

Candidates applying for the aforementioned position are required: Possession of a master's degree, master's degree in engineering or an equivalent title. Possession of scientific, didactic and organizational achievements, which over a period of not more than the last 4 years achieved the indicators specified in the Order 90/2023 of the Rector of the Medical University of Lublin on the establishment of criteria and procedures for periodic evaluation and annual evaluation of academic teachers and research and technical staff at the Medical University of Lublin - for the position of assistant in the research and teaching group (in the teaching area: 120 points total for teaching and organizational achievements for 4 years, including, at least 40 points from student evaluation and in the research area: 120 points - sum of unit shares in publications (slots) not less than 3; with the average value of the publication slot should be, at least 40 points). Have an active knowledge of English, and in the case of foreigners, an active knowledge of Polish.

Specific Requirements

Preferred Competencies: Possession of knowledge in immunology. Knowledge of flow cytometry and molecular techniques in virology, microbial and cell culture techniques. Possession of a master's degree in biochemistry.

Statement of no criminal record. Statement that in case of winning the competition the Medical University of Lublin will be the primary place of work. Statement of discipline affiliation. Evaluation sheet in the research area with attachments confirming achievements. Evaluation sheet in the teaching area with attachments. Evaluation sheet of the supervisor. Table of student evaluations (to be downloaded from the Educational Quality Section of the University of Lublin). Certificate of academic achievement issued by the Library of the UM in Lublin or a photocopy of publications accepted for publication or a list of publications including data necessary for verification of publications for the last 4 years. Certificate confirming active knowledge of the English language, issued by the Study of Practical Foreign Language Teaching of the Medical University of Lublin, or, in the case of foreigners, Certificate of Proficiency in Polish, issued by the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language. Certified photocopy of a document confirming possession of a professional degree of Master of Science, Master of Engineering or equivalent.

Certified photocopy of a document proving knowledge of immunology, if applicable to the candidate. Certified photocopy of a document proving knowledge of flow cytometry and molecular techniques in virology, microbiological and cell culture techniques, if applicable to the candidate. A certified photocopy of a document confirming the possession of a master's degree in biochemistry, if applicable to the candidate.
