Offer Description

Scope of tasks performed for this post :

1. Acquisition and implementation of R&D projects from domestic and foreign funds (NCBR, NCN, Horizon).

2. Substantive development of project proposals.

3. Establishing cooperation and collaboration with scientific centers and industry.

4.Conducting research work in the field of processing and modification of polymeric plastics, especially biodegradable plastics.

5. Operation of plastic processing lines located in the laboratory.

6. Preparing reports and research reports, including presentation of results in the form of scientific publications and speeches.

Skills/Qualifications

The necessary requirements:

Master's degree, specialization in polymer chemistry and technology or materials engineering.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in a scientific unit or industry in the field of polymer plastics.

 Ability to create new research topics in the field of polymer plastics.

 Knowledge of plastics processing processes such as extrusion, injection molding, thermoforming.

 Ability to operate polymer analysis equipment and interpret the results obtained.

 Accuracy, self-reliance, efficiency, self-discipline, communication skills.

Ability to work in a team, responsibility for the implementation of assigned tasks, ability to work under time pressure, multi-tasking.

Ability to conduct polymerization reactions and organic synthesis is welcome.

 Knowledge of English at an intermediate level.
