      • The academic Post-doctoral degree in social sciences, the discipline of management and quality studies
      • scientific achievements of at least one publication in Q1 journals a series of thematically related scientific publications published in scientific journals or in peer-reviewed materials from international conferences or a scientific monograph or a chapter in a book, included in the scientific evaluation, based on separate regulations; in the discipline of management and quality science,
      • significant scientific activity carried out in cooperation with other universities or scientific institutions,
        in particular foreign ones,
      • activity in scientific and research works (management of projects, grants or scientific and research teams or their substantive execution),
      • experience in teaching at a university, including lectures and seminars in the area consistent with the scientific profile of the Department,
      • English language proficiency at the B2 level, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages,
      • for foreigners – fluent knowledge of Polish language.

Achievements that are the basis for applying for the above-mentioned position, must be achievements obtained after the award of the academic degree of doctor.
