The SWPS University is a non-public university conducting research and offering practical and academic studies in Warsaw, Wrocław, Sopot, Poznań and Katowice. The University's teaching offer includes courses in social sciences, humanities, but also design and graphics.

Skills/Qualifications
  • Possession of a doctoral degree in the social sciences in the discipline of psychology, or in the medical and health sciences or related fields (no later than 30 September 2024), and a master's degree in psychology;
  • At least one year of teaching experience (in teaching students and preparing teaching materials);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Fluency in Polish.

Specific Requirements
  • Conducting classes in Polish on psychology of individual differences and/or psychometrics and/or psychological diagnosis;
  • Conducting graduate seminars in Polish and English;
  • Conducting scientific activity in the broadly understood psychology of individual differences, personality and personality psychopathology; 
  • Organisational activity in the didactic area (participation in committees, supervision of students, etc.);
  • Conducting scientific research;
  • Publishing in high-scoring international scientific journals from IF;
  • Acquiring and conducting national and international grants.

Eligibility criteria

Academic achievements - 50% of the final assessment

Teaching achievements - 30% of the final assessment;

Organisational and practical achievements - 20% of the final assessment.

  • Copy of documents certifying the attainment of a doctoral degree.
