DESCRIPTION: 

The Candidate who applies for the above position must realize the requirements specified in ar.113 of the Act of 20.07.2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668), and in the University's Statute (Annex to Resolution No. 63 – 2022/2023 of the Senate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW of 29 May 2023 on the adoption of the Statute of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences - SGGW).

 

The Candidate is expected to have:

  • doctoral degree in economics/economics and finance,
  • author or co-author of at least four scientific monographs or scientific articles that appeared in journals or publishing houses included in the list applicable for the year of their publication referred to in § 87 section 1 and 4, and in the case of the field of social sciences, is the author or co-author of at least four scientific monographs or chapters in monographs or scientific articles (including at least two in scientific journals), which appeared in journals or monographs included in the year of their publication in force list
  • during the last 2 calendar years, has obtained an annual average number of points for scientific articles, scientific monographs or chapters in scientific monographs by at least 50% higher than the minimum average annual number of points necessary to obtain a positive grade for research activities for an academic teacher employed as an assistant, specified in the rules for evaluating an academic teacher valid as at the date of submitting the application
  • a positive opinion of the committee competent for didactics classes assessment and in the case of persons applying for employment who is not SGGW employee - obtaining a positive opinion of the committee for a scientific presentation at a seminar organized in the unit in which the Candidate apply for employment,
  • at least good command of English, to the extent that allows independent writing of scientific publications in this language and presenting and giving a speech at scientific conferences and conducting classes
  • managing a research project or submitting a research project in a competition organized by research funding institutions,
  • publication achievements in the field of public finance, banking,
  • completed scientific internship in a foreign research university,
  • visible scientific activity on an international scale, documented by participation in scientific conferences in Poland and aboard,
  • documented experience in organizational work.

    • CV,
    • copy of the doctoral diploma,
    • list of published scientific articles or accepted for printing,
    • necessary documents confirming the remaining requirements from the Candidate,declaration of consent for the personal data processing by WULS-SGGW*,
    • statement by the Candidate that meets the requirements set out in art. 113 of the Act on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and a statement that SGGW-WULS will be the primary workplace within the meaning of the above Act*.
