DESCRIPTION (subject, expectations, comments): The competition may be entered by people who meet the requirements set out in the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science and the Statute of the prof. Edward F. Szczepanik  PUZ in Suwałki

 

  • Requirements for candidates:

    •  

    a.  an academic degree of PhD in humanities, doctor in the field of humanities, discipline: philosophy.

    b. professional experience gained outside the university in the following fields and disciplines:

     

    - field of humanities, discipline: philosophy.

    c. teaching experience at the higher education level,

    d. knowledge of Polish and English to the extent enabling conducting teaching classes with students,

    e. predispositions to teaching and research work and availability.

     

     

    2. Required documents

    a. an employment application submitted to Rector of PUZ in Suwałki with consent

    for the processing of personal data,

    b. CV with detailed information about previous employment history,

    c. questionnaire for the job applicant (form attached),

    d. copies of documents confirming education and qualifications. If a professional title, academic degree or academic title was obtained abroad - copies of documents together with their translation into Polish by a sworn translator,

    e. a list of publications,

    f. documents confirming professional experience gained outside the university related to the fields and disciplines listed in point 1,

    g. a declaration of compliance with the requirements, in accordance with Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science,

    h. a declaration that PUZ  in Suwałki will be the primary place of work within the meaning of the Act (Article 120 of the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science

    i. a consent to the processing of personal data enclosed in the application documents for the purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment procedure in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of  Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws No. 119/1, 4/5/2016) - forms attached (i.e. GDPR information obligation and GDPR declaration for a job candidate).

     

    Documents listed in point a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, I should be hand signed by the candidate.

     

     

     

    The person selected in the competition will be employed as an assistant professor for a fixed / indefinite period on a full-time basis.
