The SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences is a non-public university conducting research and offering practical and academic studies in Warsaw, Wrocław, Sopot, Poznań Katowice and Kraków. The University's teaching offer includes courses in social sciences, humanities, but also design and graphics.

Skills/Qualifications
  • A doctoral degree in psychology or related fields (obtained no later than September 30, 2024) and a master's degree in psychology;
  • Teaching experience and scientific achievements in one of the following areas: psychology of human development or educational psychology;
  • Experience in active participation in scientific conferences;
  • Having scientific achievements confirmed by publications in peer-reviewed journals;
  • Experience in conducting training, workshops, or implementing development support projects in education or organizations;
  • Possession of documents confirming participation in training that improves teaching competences;
  • Fluent knowledge of the Polish language;
  • Readiness to conduct classes on weekdays and weekends;
  • Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work.

Eligibility criteria

Formal criteria:

  • Scientific achievements - 10% of the final assessment
  • Teaching achievements – 60% of the final assessment
  • Organisational and practical achievements – 30% of the final assessment

Required documents:

  • Scientific CV with a list of scientific, teaching and organizational achievements with a direct reference to the qualification criteria given above;
  • A scan of a document confirming the attainment of a PhD degree  and a diploma of completion of master's studies in psychology;
  • Declaration of consent to be included in the minimum staff for the purposes of conducting a field of higher education;
