We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism experts!

Due to increased learner demand across our Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Programmes we are looking to recruit industry professionals to support the training of our learners in a full-time capacity.

This opportunity would be ideal to those currently working in the industry. If you have 8+ years of broad industry knowledge and/or a specialised skill set in one of the following areas, then we'd love to hear from you

  • Food and Beverage Operations- Management and/or training experience in bar and restaurant service including standard operating procedures and a strong understanding of alcohol and food compliance requirements.
  • Hotel and Accommodation Operations- Experienced in effective budgeting, cost control, and the use of digital management systems in an accommodation setting and a thorough understanding of the organisational structure of a hotel and its departments.
  • Barista - Master in the art of all thing's coffee! An ability to teach introductory or advanced skills and the patience to coach beginners to work confidently in the stressful environment of a busy café.
  • Tourism and Travel- Ability to share insight on the regions of NZ, speak to quality management systems and sustainable practice, and have an extensive understanding of the key drivers to a quality visitor experience, in tourism, in New Zealand.

  • A Qualification in a relevant subject area
  • Sound communication skills
  • A positive and patient attitude toward teaching learners of all ages
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Applications
  • Flexible with working hours and adaptable
