Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role of Tautāwhi | Administrator in UC's Business School is provide high quality, proficient administrative support to our Business units and their staff. You will support our collaborative team approach, engaging in efficient process and flexible team working practices. Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, preparing and processing correspondence, coordinating academic programmes, processing large datasets, hiring fixed term and casual contracts and timesheets. Maintaining information systems, coordinating events, travel and meetings.
The Business School provides a positive challenge for an administrator wanting to work in a vibrant and progressive environment.
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in an education-related or business environment with a strong customer service focus, as well as:
- experience coordinating courses, workshops and events and general office organisation
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- a positive can-do attitude, with energy, drive and initiative
- excellent intrapersonal skills to carry out duties such as front of house reception greeting students and staff
- proven experience and commitment to enhancing cultural awareness and competence.
