Position Overview

We have an exciting and interesting opportunity for a Systems Support Officer who will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of asset monitoring systems in the Massey University, Estates Department. 

The focus of the role is to develop and implement training materials and document business process with the aim to develop these into Standard Operating Procedures for Estates related systems.

To be successful in this position you will be:

Capable of providing systems-based technology advice to a range of staff and possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a training and development role within a nationally dispersed organisation.

•    A relevant tertiary qualification or relatable equivalency in a training and development role.
•    Exposure to developing training materials and system documentation.
•    Experience with user requirement gathering and analysis.
•    Confident in your ability to advise a range of staff in the use of technology.
•    Highly self- motivated with a passion for technology, training, and documentation.

The salary band for this position is $56,622 to $80,006 based on skills and experience.
