We're seeking a Solutions Architect Lead with a comprehensive understanding of application functions and interrelations within a large-scale environment, who is adept in release and change management.

Essential Skills:

- Experience working alongside a high-performing team of support senior specialists.

- Proficient in scripting and development using JavaScript, APIs, and web services.

- Capable of organising and facilitating prioritisation and planning with an agile approach.

- A high level of knowledge of application functionality and integration in a complex environment.

- Well-versed in release and change management.

Desirable Skills:

- Knowledge of database structures, including MSSQL and SSIS.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Dynamics CRM, and Technology One products.

- A relevant tertiary IT qualification.

In this role, you will advise on application security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery needs. You'll ensure that support requests are managed according to set standards and procedures, and provide technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Your innovative approach will contribute to developing and implementing processes, tools, and infrastructures to support innovation.
