Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

The role of the Senior Finance Administrator is to provide proactive, responsive, and professional financial administration support, using approved systems and in compliance with the University's policies and procedures.

The Senior Finance Administrator works in a Shared Services team model, with assigned portfolios, and will contribute proactively to identify opportunities for operational efficacy, innovation and process improvements to university systems, processes, and service culture.

Mōu | Who You Are
You have advanced experience in a broad range of financial administration, including purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You have experience in working with financial policies and procedures and advanced knowledge and experience in all Microsoft Office Programmes.

You are a team player, have excellent attention to details and a high level of accuracy.

This is a back-facing role, however you will be working closely with staff out in the business and sometimes external business partners, so need to have experience in working collaboratively with internal/external business partners.
