Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The Research Management Systems Specialist will ensure the successful implementation, configuration and maintenance of a new research management system designed for assisting research undertaken at UC.

Working as part of a project team, this position has a crucial role in the successful implementation of a new research add management tool.

The role will be pivotable to ensure that all phases of the project lifecycle are successfully delivered on time. You will be working closely with the Digital team, including a Project Manager.

Applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, the role supports the resolution of issues and the design of new processes. You will need to engage relevant stakeholders and experts as needed.

You will design and deliver training, becoming the go-to expert for system users.

Mōu | Who You Are
You have significant experience as a Business Analysis or in a systems analysis role- in a complex organization. Experience in issue management, including categorisation and resolution.

Experience working with system and business subject matter experts to develop and deliver effective training materials that suit audience requirements.

You have experience implementing new systems and are interested in new technologies that streamline research processes. You should be able to problem solve to ensure that you can work the schedule.

As you will be collaborating with and providing advice to a range university stakeholders and colleagues, it's important that you are a clear communicator and enjoy building effective working relationships. It's important that you have the ability to present complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
