We seek a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator, focusing on supporting the World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education (WIPCE) at PVC Maori Advancement AUT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution and coordination of various activities related to the conference.

Responsibilities include overseeing logistical aspects, managing communication channels, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth implementation of conference-related tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate logistical aspects of the World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education (WIPCE) at PVC Maori Advancement AUT.
  • Manage communication channels and correspondence related to the conference.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
