Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the process for the implementation and evaluation of cross-organisational training and development programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Manage the logistics of training sessions, scheduling, venue coordination, catering and participant communication.

You will have:

  • Proven track record in project administration or coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
