The Transformation Management Office is newly established and this new role will support the TMO through the application of comprehensive project controls and support Senior Leaders as they advance the work of the University through pan-University programmes and projects. 

About the role

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of complex change programmes, designed to transform the way AUT supports student success. Plans encompass changes for people, processes, technology and culture. You will need to  create coherent and achievable programmes, whilst supporting the standardisation of project practice, will be critical to delivering sustainable change to AUT.

Skills & experience

You will have extensive experience in developing and leading programmes of organisational change in large and complex organisations. Your skills will include:

  • Confidence in working with Executive and Senior Leaders
  • Expertise in the practical application of change management methodologies
  • The ability to coach, mentor and support the development of project managers
  • Strong capability in development and application of standard programme and project controls
