About Us: Te Tumu Whakatipu is a hub of educational excellence, offering a diverse range of programmes including foundation courses, micro-credentials, and short courses both onshore and offshore. Located at our bustling Massey University Albany campus, we are committed to providing top-tier academic support to our students.

The Role: As Programme Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes. This part-time, fixed-term position involves providing comprehensive academic administration support, maintaining quality control, and upholding compliance standards across all aspects of programme delivery. 

This role is fixed-term until 29th November 2024, 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE).

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in academic administration.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and database software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage varied and complex workloads.
  • A knack for problem-solving and implementing efficient systems and procedures.
