The Faculty of Business, Economics, and Law provides world-class education in a range of undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications, preparing students well for practice or research careers.

About the role

The Faculty is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated professional to join our business undergraduate programme team. The Programme Administrator is an essential point of contact for students and staff, ensuring enrolments, course advice, student case management, academic results, and records are processed effectively and efficiently.

Ideally, you will have proven experience in tertiary administration, with a passion for enhancing the customer experience, so that students can be well supported through their study journey.

You will have great initiative, strong attention to detail, and be adept at learning the intricacies of programme requirements and processes to ensure our students are given accurate guidance and advice. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Most importantly you will be a team player who can balance your workload requirements alongside team goals and be responsive to new ideas and change. In return, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team with a strong reputation for students and staff with an outstanding level of service and support.

Salary Range: $56,500 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
