Operations Coordinator

Support the Property Director portfolio by coordinating activities, documentation, resources & stakeholders.

Mō te tūka | The role

Seeking applications for a driven Operations Coordinator to support the efficient and effective execution of the Property Director portfolio by coordinating activities, documentation, resources, and stakeholders, with focus on contributing to the overall success of the Property Group operations.

Based in our Property Group, you will provide innovative solutions for the University ensuring the department runs at an optimum rate and our strategic objectives are met.

Key tasks of the role include:

  • Executive assistance and administrative support
  • Financial and contract administration & management
  • Project coordination

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus.  The salary range is circa $80,000 per annum.

Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Relevant qualification and /or strong experience in executive professional support and project coordination.
  • Previous and recent experience as a PA/EA to a senior manager.
  • Previous and recent experience in drafting and/or co-ordinating reporting.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft suite and board paper software / programmes and in the development and maintenance of databases.
  • Particular focus on discretion and ability to work with confidential information appropriately.
  • The willingness to provide after hours and flexible support.
