Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting for a Network Engineer to join the Network team in Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions on a permanent, full-time basis.
Ō pūmanawa - About you
We are looking for a Network Engineer with extensive experience in the support of a medium to large scale service provider environment supporting 20,000+ network attached devices and 24/7 service availability. The candidate should have experience across a wide range of technologies with in-depth technical knowledge while at the same time understand the bigger picture with a strong customer focussed work ethic.
Key Requirements:
- Has a strong background in the support and troubleshooting medium to large Cisco routed and switched networks including wireless technologies.
- Even though you are technically well versed in multiple fields, you like to keep on learning and expanding your technical knowledge.
- You are a team player and like to share knowledge.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.

Role Description
