The term of this appointment is July 2024 to February 2025.
Successful applicants will actively engage in facilitating delivery of the education in the undergraduate and postgraduate midwifery programmes within a Te Tiriti honouring framework. In addition, they will be invited to contribute to the supervision of postgraduate students enrolled in the Masters and Doctoral programmes. There is an expectation that appointees will also contribute to the research culture within the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences at AUT University.
Applicants will hold a Doctoral qualification in health or science and will have a strong midwifery clinical background. The successful applicant will have a relevant teaching experience. Candidates will embrace the vision and values of the School and commit to ongoing professional development supported by the AUT staff development programme.
