About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our technology stack's HR/Payroll components, including Snaphire, Technology One, and ServiceNow. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating multiple parties to optimise and automate processes, enabling a mobile and self-service strategy. You will also be key in managing ongoing projects, ensuring seamless delivery while overseeing our business-as-usual system activities. You will have ample opportunities to engage with stakeholders and find solution-oriented approaches to complex challenges - your ability to manage conflicting demands while keeping stakeholders informed will be crucial.

Skills and Experience

  • Five years of experience in HRIS management, with experience in Payroll
  • Leadership experience
  • Familiarity with Technology One and HRSD for ServiceNow will be highly valued.
  • Additionally, experience with integrations, robotic process automation, and analytics will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated project management skills and exposure to human-centred design, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies will also be beneficial.
