At Massey University, students are at the heart of everything we do. We're currently seeking a positive and energetic Housekeeper to help us maintain our residential communities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Deliver outstanding customer service to our residential communities.
•    Clean and maintain facilities within the Massey Manawatū Halls.
•    Engage with residents as a valued member of our hardworking housekeeping team.

Requirements:

•    Experience in a residential or hotel environment, preferably in university accommodation.
•    Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
•    Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
•    A team player who is dedicated to the success of the team.
•    Previous experience in a customer-centric environment, ensuring timely responses to housekeeping requests.
