Mō te tūnga | About the role

The Enrolments Section is now looking for a 12 month fixed term Enrolment Administration Officer superstar to join our busy and collaborative team. This role is permanent fulltime, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays once fully trained. Paid overtime may be required during peak workloads (January to March, and June to July). 

This is a data entry heavy role that is responsible for:

  • Managing inbound service requests
  • Providing efficient and effective enrolment services for new and existing students
  • Maintaining and updating data information systems accurately
