Along with designing and delivering an annual programme of community and cultural events to drive engagement and the visibility of Pacific at AUT, you and your team will work to promote OPA's activities through establishing and implementing a full end-to-end communications plan with the assistance of AUT's dedicated marketing and communications teams.

You'll need to possess a genuine service-leadership mindset, supported by effective organisational skills and a strong ability to develop and lead effective teams. Equally as critical is an authentic, collegial and positive leadership style which values diversity, working inclusively and embodies trustworthiness, confidence and kindness.
