We are looking for a value driven team player to join our Marketing team, to provide creative concepts, artwork and video content that reflect the MIT brand and products across multiple channels. The successful applicant will be instrumental in the creative development of the brands visual identity and will be responsible for creative concept generation of brand elements across all channels ensuring a cohesiveness of the brand whānau developed with consideration of MIT's diverse audiences.

The Graphic Design component to the role will enable you to apply your design skills to produce a range of high quality marketing material using applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite. You will be providing art direction for media production, photography, video and digital communications and supporting the creation of web elements across the MIT site and social media platforms.

You will need a professional approach to customer service with excellent communication and liaison skills. With a high level of attention to detail, you will be able to multi-task, prioritise, plan and meet deadlines. 

The successful applicant will bring experience, in a similar role in a large organisational environment and a minimum or 1-3 years design experience with an agency or in a marketing team environment. Ideally you will have strong experience in concept creation and story-boarding and client presentation with a high proficiency in Mac based applications and Adobe Creative Suite as well as web software.

Proven creativity with a varied portfolio and video content creation experience and the ability to manage a job from concept to delivery are essential to be successful in this role.
