Centre Administrator
Assist with all administrative processes and duties relating to Lincoln University Early Childcare Centre.
Mō te tūka | The role
Seeking applications for a motivated administrator to assist with all administrative processes and duties relating to Lincoln University Early Childcare Centre.
Some tasks of the role include:
- Customer service - via telephone and in person
- Processing of enrolments and associated admin - payments, cost centres, reporting etc
- Word processing of written materials
- Data entry & invoicing
This is a permanent role working 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE) on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday, based at our Lincoln Campus Early Childhood Centre.
The remuneration range is set at: $50,484 per annum, pro-rata to 0.4 FTE (approx. $26/hr).
Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Prior knowledge of working with Student Management System such as Infocare/APT/Discover in ECE environment is preferred.
- A minimum of intermediate level computer skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy with figures.
- The ability to plan and prioritise daily tasks.
- Flexibility in approaching the definition and solution to problems.
- The ability to be clear, concise and effective with oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly and respond positively to changing work requirements.
- Vetting pass under the Vulnerable Children's act and a satisfactory credit check are required.
