The role/Te mahi The Property and Campus Development Division underpins the physical teaching, research, and learning environment across our five campuses. They manage facilities, plan and execute new developments and actively maintain and upgrade university buildings and grounds, supporting our students, staff and the public. As a Divisional Services Administrator in the Property and Campus Development Division, you will be a vital piece of the puzzle ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a mature, reliable and self-sufficient individual. The division are a friendly bunch with an active social committee, making it ideal for someone who brings energy and a sense of humour. Further details/Pūroko This is a permanent, part-time (27.5 hours per week) position, based in Dunedin. We also have Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions available. These roles are part of the Divisional Services and Administration function but in addition, they support the implementation of the Māori Strategic Framework activities, the University’s commitment to the success of Māori students and staff and contribute to a culture of whakawhanaungatanga in our workplaces.
