We require a competent Administrator who is looking for a new challenge to join the School of Clinical Sciences at AUT on the South Campus, located in Manukau, Auckland.  You will need to have excellent administrative and people skills to provide clinical leadership with stakeholders in relation to student clinical placements, programme administration and other administrative tasks. You will be expected to interact with stakeholders, establish and manage effective communication with them and develop a strategy for developing new clinical placements as well as reviewing current ones. You will also be expected to work closely with the Head of Department and Programme Leader, as well as other administrative managers. An eye for detail is a must for this job as it involves meticulous attention to detail as well as dealing with multiple changing events and requests.

Applicants will be rewarded with a fun environment to work in a high-energy team of experienced health professionals. Experience in a health-related industry and finance may be advantageous as will a great attitude.

Qualifications in relevant administrative duties are also desirable. They will embrace the vision and values of the school and commit to ongoing professional development supported by the AUT staff development programme.

Salary Range: $56,500 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
