The School of Clinical Sciences is seeking an experienced Administration Manager.  The Administration Manager provides high-level advice, specialist knowledge, and expertise to support the School Manager and the management team. They must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people including academics and senior management. They will require well-developed negotiation skills, a high degree of initiative, self-direction, and professionalism. Effective communication skills are essential.  This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with academic and professional staff. 

The role is responsible for overseeing, developing, and maintaining financial/human resource/administrative systems and procedures. The focus is on continuous improvement to ensure systems are effective and efficient with a focus on timely financial/human resource information and to support informed decision-making.

The Administration Manager is required to have strong systems and IT skills (Excel reporting, Databases, financial systems), be a fast learner, able to multi-task and prioritise work at a high level.

The position requires a minimum of five years of tertiary administration experience and preferably holds a relevant Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in Tech One would be advantageous.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $107,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
