What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua
You will be providing high quality administration, front office services and general support to our Hawkes Bay site. This is a varied role where each day will not be the same. You will be:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and contractors and managing incoming calls
- Assisting staff with enquiries, support and management of resources
- Assisting with Finance and Purchasing
- Administering booking and access systems
- Organising HR matters, including induction documentation and timesheets
- Administering site motor vehicle fleet, WOF, licences, repairs, databases and reports
- Reporting of building faults and maintenance issues
- Co-ordinating meetings, training and general administration
What you will bring | Ngā tino pūkenga me ngā wheako
To be successful in this role, the minimum qualifications required are:
- Ideally, 3-4 years of front office/reception experience preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills essential
- A high level of computer literacy and competence with Microsoft Office applications
- At least 4 years' secondary education, including English proficiency to senior level
- Purchasing and Finance experience would be an advantage
- Current driver's licence essential
