As a Senior Functional Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR applications and interfaces within our HR IT landscape. You will work with a team of HR Functional Application Managers, HR process and application owners, product owners and other HR stakeholders. Your goal is to improve the user experience of HR processes and applications at all levels.
Your tasks and responsibilities as (Sr) Functional Application Manager are:
- you are a subject matter expert of our HR processes and applications for Key Users and 1st-line support, and you also provide 2nd line support for end users;
- you maintain our HR applications, including the releases;
- you contribute to improvement projects and change requests;
- you monitor and monitor the functional HR company information.
Your qualities
You are accurate, take initiative to help and learn new tools and applications. You are a team player but can also work independently. Integrity, result orientation and customer focus are core values for you. You also have:
- you have at least three years of relevant work experience as a functional application manager, of which at least one year within the HR domain;
- You have experience in optimising and digitising work processes;
- knowledge of and experience with various HR applications, ADP and ServiceNow is a plus;
- you have HBO working and thinking level;
- fluent in Dutch and English;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Depending on your experience, we offer a competitive salary of at least € 3,245 to € 5,035 for a full working week of 36 hours in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement Wageningen Research (scale 10). This position is for 27 hours per week. Initially, we offer you a one-year contract, which will then be extended to a contract for an indefinite period of time if there is mutual enthusiasm.
