Professorial appointments and evaluations are a critical aspect of the university's success and reputation. Recruiting high-calibre professorial staff ensures that our institution maintains – and further develops – its high standard of research and education, fostering an environment of academic excellence and innovation. The University has created a new Office of Professorial Affairs to improve its ability to identify, attract and retain top academic talent to our faculties and interdisciplinary centres and build up a robust and strategic framework for planning and managing professorial appointments and evaluations. The mandate of the new office is to support and coordinate the planning and full life cycle of academic recruitment and promotions in interaction with all stakeholders and to further develop the processes for these and other professorial affairs activities.

As part of the creation of the new office within the rector’s portfolio, the University is looking to initially hire for three roles:

  • Team leader
  • Professorial appointments and evaluation specialists (2 positions)

We’re looking for people driven by excellence, excited about innovation, and looking to make a difference.
