Wages description:Assistant Professor: monthly salary 240,000 yen, bonus 960,000 yen + various allowances = approx. 3.9 million yen

Lecturer: monthly salary 350,000 yen, bonus 1,400,000 yen + other allowances = approx. 5,700,000 yen (example of a person with multiple years of experience after obtaining a doctorate)
Associate Professor: Monthly salary 440,000 yen, bonus 1,760,000 yen + other allowances = approx. 7,100,000 yen (example of a person with multiple years of experience after obtaining a doctoral degree)
