[Work content and job description]
We are seeking to make one open-rank post in Innovation and Product Development (including all sub-disciplines). For this appointment, we are looking for a high-quality candidate who can teach:

(1)Innovation Management (in Japanese and English), (2) Product Development (in Japanese), (3) Data Analysis for Management (in Japanese).
(2)Lectures on Strategic Management or Organization Studies, compulsory courses in the department and courses in general education may also be assigned.

The basic teaching load is five courses (including a Seminar) per semester. The successful candidate will be expected to teach one graduate class per semester and to fulfill the supervisory role in post graduate students' dissertation projects. Work related to education and research, social contribution, administration and management (e.g. Sophia University’s entrance examinations, student recruitment (including visits to high schools, off-site classes, and open campuses)) , and other tasks ordered by Sophia School Corporation will also be required. The post holders do not have to be native speakers of English or Japanese.
