Offer Description

The research should deepen the analysis of the effects that the growing supranational and inter-ordinamental integration of the subject of fundamental rights has produced from the perspective of the phenomenon now known as multilevel protection. A protection that increasingly extends to areas such as racial discrimination, gender equality, children's rights, disability, torture, and environmental policies. A comprehensive and articulated arrangement of sources of rights protection in which different disciplines and different jurisdictional authorities operate.
Central to this frame of reference is the study of both the definition and consistent interpretation and combination of heterogeneous factors, as well as the implications associated with the progressive establishment of a new protection model.
