Offer Description
The research fellow will be responsible for collecting the necessary data to assess the socio-economic and environmental impact of introducing alternative feed resources in the livestock sector. In particular, the collected data will be analysed to evaluate i) the carbon and water footprint, ii) land use, and iii) the feed-to-food competition.
Additionally, the researcher will oversee the communication and dissemination activities outlined in the project and will participate to the coordination and management activities. Specifically, the researcher will be tasked with conveying the project results through scientific journals and magazine, as well as digital platforms. Furthermore, the research fellow will coordinate the dissemination and communication of results during public events involving stakeholders in the livestock industry and consumers.
