Offer Description
The teaching commitment will concern teachings of Fundamentals of Electronics and Optoelectronics in the Study Courses of the School of Industrial Engineering and Information Technology.The scientific commitment will be related to the design of electron devices in silicon, germanium and III-V materials, to the design of analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronic circuitry and instrumentation, and to the experimental investigation and measurements of microelectronic photodetectors, in particular single-photon detectors and 2D and 3D imagers.
