Offer Description

The research programme aims at defining effective governance models that enable local authorities to make the best use of available European, national and regional funds, systemising them and integrating them into their own adaptation strategies and planning tools, within the broader framework outlined by the Green Deal and European biodiversity and adaptation strategies. The objective is to maximise the capacity of local realities to respond to the available funding, investigating how European funds (both direct and shared management) can be effectively used to configure intervention strategies that are both consistent with the planning framework of the authorities and an expression of the needs and requests for participation of local communities
