Offer Description

Teaching commitments: without prejudice to the option between full-time and part-time, the candidate shall carry out his/her teaching activities, also using innovative and clinical teaching methods, within the single-cycle Master’s Degree in Law, the Three-year Degree Course in Labor Consultant and Business Lawyer, the Master’s Degree in Legal Sciences for Innovation and, in general, within the Courses held by the Law Department, in the Academic field of IUS/07 – Labour Law.
Rights and duties of the candidate: those provided for by current legal provisions, by the Statute and the Regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff.
Scientific commitments: The professor is required to work with full maturity and scientific autonomy, demonstrating originality in research interests within the field of labour law. He/she will deal with the classical topics of Labour Law, Social Security and Health and Safety at Work Law, also with regard to the European Union Law. In any case, the research activities that the candidate will be required to carry out will be in line with the subject areas of the teaching activity.
