Offer Description
The clinical history of indolent lymphomas and in particular of Follicular Lymphomas (FL), is characterized by continuous relapses. There is currently no "standard" treatment for relapsed/refractory (R/R) LF. Different types of approaches are available resulting from studies in patient populations treated with at least two or more lines of treatment. Tazemetostat is an EZH2 inhibitor. The aim of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of tazemetostat in combination with lenalidomide + rituximab in patients with R/R LF and to select a phase 3 dose of tazemetostat. Further evaluations of PFS are planned in patients treated with tazemetostat+lenalidomide+rituximab versus placebo+lenalidomide+rituximab. Due to the previously mentioned natural history characterizing this type of lymphoma, dynamic case registers are relevant to describe their clinical and therapeutic course.
