Offer Description

The research program is part of the activities of PRIN Bando 2022 Prot. 2022RPL53N entitled "Demographic and legal changes. Towards an elder law', dedicated to the study of the problems of the elderly and their solutions from a legal point of view. The research aims to study the main issues related to the treatment of the elderly, focusing on the topics of fundamental rights, capacity, access to the market and services and the use of new technologies in the care and support of the elderly.The local research unit of the University of Insubria deals, in particular, with the aspect of the relationship between the elderly and new technologies, with specific reference to the use of robotics and artificial intelligence. The researcher will be engaged in supporting the activities of the local research unit.
