Offer Description

The research will have to focus on the pathology in the execution phase of the contract, in-depth from the triple point of view of the responsibilities weighing on the contractor and the remedies to protect the client in the event of ruin or non-conformity of the commissioned work, emerging both in the course of works, which following delivery; of the client’s control powers during the execution of the work; of any contingencies outside the sphere of action and control of the parties and such as to affect the execution and feasibility of the service (e.g. pandemic, war). The research will respond in particular to the need to delve deeper into the remedial profile, also in light of the European projects for uniform contract law and the interpretative solutions that can be deduced from the emergency legislation.
