Offer Description
grant research into: the first phase of the work covered by this research grant will concern the analysis of the related work available in the literature and the reference legislation on the Accessibility of digital content on the Web. The analysis aims to understand which guidelines, defined in the web context, are also applicable to digital events and webinars to define compliance requirements. Subsequently, the grant holder will study the solutions already available and their level of coverage of the research goal. The solutions identified will be tested to understand the feasibility of the system. The next phase of the grant will be dedicated to the design of modules in terms of problem-solution: in particular, main technologies available for video subtitling will be studied and tested. Finally, the solutions identified will be tested and evaluated in compliance with current accessibility regulations.
