Offer Description

The post is for a six-year period. The annual gross salary is about 47.000 Euros. The area of research and teaching is Financial Markets, Financial Institutions and Corporate Finance:

Requested research duties: the scientific commitment will cover the contents presented in the declaratory of the scientific-disciplinary sectors SECS-P/09 and SECS-P/11. The researcher will be expected to carry out scientific research activities of high international quality in the field of economics of financial intermediaries and corporate finance studies, consistent with the research lines activated by the Department. The scientific activity should, in addition, be well-positioned in the broad context of national and international research networks;

Requested teaching duties: the teaching activity, as part of the teaching schedule of the Department of Economics and Management, will include courses in the scientific-disciplinary areas SECS-P/09 and SECS-P/11 in the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree programs of the Department of Economics and Management and any teaching assignments assigned as an institutional task, according to legal provisions. At least 6 CFU of the teaching load will be carried out in the Department of Engineering and Information Science within the bachelor's and master's degree programs and, in particular, one teaching from among those offered in business, economics, and finance. The teaching commitment of the contract holder is defined by the Council of the Department of Economics and Management during the planning of teaching activities, according to the specific regulations of the University, having also consulted the Department of Engineering and Information Science.

Foreign language required: excellent level of English;

Knowledge of Italian: level adequate to carry out the assigned teaching load (the researcher will be required to teach in Italian);

Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12;
