Offer Description
The researcher during the research activity will be required to acquire and process data within the scope of analyses of foodscapes in relation to socio-economic and geographical characteristics aimed at the adoption of sustainable practices. Also, it needs of a focus on food tourism. A methodological approach using multi- method tools is required to analyze the territorial dimensions of food, including qualitative and quantitative research methods and maps, as well as the selection and analysis of territorial-based case studies. In addition, is required the coordination of data collection through questionnaires and their processing using appropriate software. The assignee will also be responsible for drafting both technical-scientific reports and scientific manuscripts.
