Offer Description

The researcher will participate in the activities of the Local Unit coordinated by Prof. Floriana Galluccio as part of the PRIN project Administrative geography and 'territorial question' in Italy: critical issues of administrative clipping and possible solutions, relating to: bibliographic in-depth analysis of the geographical debate in its multidisciplinary perspective, which developed in Italy between the last quarter of the 20th century and first quarter of the 21st century, as well as on the issues of institutional reforms proposed or launched to intervene on the Italian political-administrative structure and on the controversial issue of differentiated autonomy; reconstruction, in a GIS environment, of the evolution of the mosaic of administrative cuts at the scale of Southern Italy, from the birth of the Republic to the present day. The implementation of a dedicated website, in which the GIS created and the research results can converge.
