For the presentation of the admission application see “Art. 2 - Procedures and terms for submitting the application form "of the aforementioned announcement.
The following can participate in the aforementioned selection procedure:
a) scholars in possession of the national scientific qualification, pursuant to art. 16 of Law no. 240/2010, for the Insolvency Sector, or for one of the Insolvency Sectors, included in the same macro sector and for the functions covered by the proceeding, or for higher functions, as long as they are not already holders of the same higher functions;
b) professors already in service at other Italian universities, in the bracket corresponding to that for which the selection is announced;
c) scholars permanently engaged abroad in research or teaching at university level, in a position of equal level to those covered by the announcement, on the basis of correspondence tables, updated every three years, defined by the MUR, after consulting the CUN.
Those who, at the time of submitting the application, have a degree of kinship or affinity, up to and including the fourth degree, with a professor belonging to the Department requesting the activation of the post or structure that performs the call or with the Rector, the General Manager or a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Parma.
The requirements for admission must be met on the expiry date of the deadline for submitting the application.

High level of knowledge and proficiency in the English language, with excellent abilities in understanding written and spoken text, as well as in writing, including scientific writing, demonstrated by publications in reputable journals. Additionally, advanced teaching skills in English, confirmed by teaching experiences and productive interaction with students and/or with academic and research institutions abroad, also considering that the job is intended for carrying out the activities related to the Food for Future (F4F) project - Department of Excellence 2023-2027.

Specific functions that the Professor must play: Teaching activities within the courses offered in the Scientific Disciplinary Sector IUS03 (Agricultural law): the teaching activities will include classroom lectures both in undergraduate and postgraduate courses, examination boards for proficiency and degree exams, theoretical-practical activities, exercises, students’ assistance, internship activities, and seminars in courses, also taught in English, belonging to the Sector, based on the teaching program of the Department, with particular reference to teaching related to the Food for Future (F4F) project - Department of Excellence 2023-2027. The teaching activity will be assigned to the professor annually by the Department, in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulations on the teaching duties of the professors of the University of Parma. Research activities on topics related to the Scientific Disciplinary Sector IUS03 (Agricultural Law): the research activity shall cover thematic areas pertaining to agricultural law, with a particular focus on agri-food supply chains and markets and their agro-environmental interactions, in light of their multilevel regulatory dimension (national, European Union, and international). This includes a reference to European Union policies related to food security and food safety protection, regulatory framework for agri-food innovation, as well as EU and national policies on sustainability of current and future food systems. The job which the call for applications is referred to is intended for carrying out research activities related to the Food for Future (F4F) project - Department of Excellence 2023-2027. Research on the aforementioned topics should demonstrate high-quality and original characteristics, with a continuous output of scientific production, primarily in Class A legal journals or editorial series with equivalent refereeing requirements. - General assessment criteria: For the evaluation of teaching activities, supplementary teaching and service to students, scientific research activity and scientific publications, the internationally recognized quality standards will be taken into consideration, pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 5, of Law no. 240/2010 and the provisions of the Ministerial Decree MIUR n. 344 of 4 August 2011. - Ulteriori elementi di qualificazione didattica e scientifica
